Magnolia Casual is a brand that offers hand-crafted comfort and design.
Born and based in the the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, we offer indoor / outdoor pillows, hammock swings, hammocks, home decor and other items. Each item is special because of how it is made, with artisans in Latin America being involved in the making of all of fabulous products.

Initial order minimum is $250, Re-order minimum is $200.

Most items ship within a week, unless requested for a specific date by our customers. If we have a longer shipping date, we will let you know ahead of time.
We accept all major credit cards. Net 30 Terms are available with prior approval by Wells-Fargo.

No cancellations or refunds once an order has shipped.

We value the work our sales representatives do for our brand in their respective territories. Please place an order directly with a rep from your state whenever possible.
Magnolia Casual Replacement Policy

At Magnolia Casual, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for addressing replacements. We evaluate all requests on a case-by-case basis.

To request a replacement, please contact us at sales@magnoliacasual.com or (228) 762-7151 within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide the following information to help us expedite your request: Order Number, item(s) you wish to replace, detailed reason for the replacement (e.g., "damaged item," "incorrect item received," etc.), any relevant photos or documentation that support your claim.

Our Review Process:
Upon receiving your request, our team will carefully review the information provided. We may contact you for additional details or to discuss the matter further. Our review will consider various factors, including, but not limited to: The condition of the item(s), the reason for the replacement, the timeframe of the request relative to the purchase date, any unique circumstances surrounding the purchase or use of the item.

Possible Resolutions:
After our review, we will determine the most appropriate resolution. Possible resolutions may include: Store Credit (Credit towards a future purchase from Magnolia Casual Wholesale), Replacement of the item with a new one, if applicable and available or No Replacement (In some cases, a replacement may not be granted if the request falls outside of our policy guidelines).

Important Considerations:
If a replacement is approved, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item shipped).
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon during the review process.
Please allow 5 business days for us to process your request and communicate our decision.
